Was bored so fucked about with srvctl a bit more just now.

Started putting some settings in the inf file so it *should* remember stuff like your custom -AS- rules and shit between reboots now rather than using the default SYN ones each reset. Also threw in an end timer switch down next to the anti-ci setting so you can switch between normal (30 sec) and quick (10 sec) cycle delay at end of each map. Still has the instant cycle ALT+C for when you're in matches and need to cycle through a bunch of maps real fast.
